The warm ofuro bath is truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Communication was lacking during my stay. I sent multiple emails regarding check-in instructions but received no response, which was frustrating. Additionally, the hot water in my room didn't work initially, and I had to figure out the instructions myself. To make matters worse, there were issues with the door lock, leaving me worried I might get locked out or trapped.

I had a good time at Japan House Sugamo! The location was super convenient for getting around Tokyo, and I loved the warm ofuro bath. Just a heads up, the kitchen stuff could use some upgrades. It felt a bit sparse.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I stayed for 4 nights in the Twin Room with Balcony and absolutely loved it! The apartment felt cozy and modern, and having a kitchen made whipping up meals super convenient. It's also just a short walk to the subway and a quiet spot to unwind after exploring Tokyo. One downside was that the balcony didn't offer much of a view.

The studio had a lovely layout, making it cozy and functional for cooking, which allowed me to prepare some delightful meals during my stay.

The lack of communication regarding check-in instructions left me in a bind, especially when trying to access keys initially.

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

The calm and tidy environment provided a serene atmosphere away from the city's noise. It was also conveniently located near a shopping street, which made exploring effortless.

The amenities lacked some essentials, such as detergent for laundry and toiletries, which could have enhanced the stay.
